January and her Husband Jeff have a long history of Rental business in and around Bannock County. Proud parents of 3 sons, they have taught each one of them the value of hard work, integrity, honesty, and dependability. That is what January brings to the table as one the founders/Officer Manager for TRFPM. Landlords and tenants alike will be greeted with her friendly voice, and you will feel right at home with the TRFPM family. You will know your needs will be met with honesty and respect.
Jesse Johnson
Hi! I’m Jesse. I was born and raised in Rupert, Idaho. When I’m not chasing my wife and two kids around, I’m usually working on a project car or motorcycle. My passion has always been centered around systems infrastructure, networks, and cyber security. I spent years in those roles, at one time for a mortgage company in Salt Lake City, and fell in love with that industry. I’m passionate now about creating an environment that solves the problems I experienced as a renter. I’m excited to deliver a solution to both renters and property owners that is seamless, painless, and secure. Quinn Richins
Hi, my name is Quinn Richins, and I am excited to be a founding member of The Right Fit Property Management! I have been investing in real estate for the past 25 years, owning over 50 rental properties and flipping more than 45 homes.
My passion is renovating homes. I love to see a home transform from something bad to something amazing. I always want to leave a property, knowing this home will be safe for its new family for many years to come.
I have been in the mortgage banking industry for longer than I can remember, and my focus was always on renovation lending. I am excited to team up with this fine group of founders to ensure we deliver a quality experience to both landlords and tenants alike!
